$100 Visa Rewards Card - This was for a $100 Visa Rewards Gift Card

In October I switch my Internet provider to Time Warner Cable (TWC). I was an existing TWC subscriber for cable TV. On October 12th, I received an email from TWC to register for %u201Cyour%u201D gift card. I went to the site and was not able to register on-line due to site problems, but a live person did take my information down for the $100 Visa Reward card (for switching to Internet service) and issued me a tracking number (52466502) and wrote down my home email address to contact me in a future date (she would not tell me a date by to receive it) so I could complete the process by sending in my previous Internet provider bill and get my rewards card.

I was never contacted by TWC or the Rewards Center, so I called today (12/27) and got the run-around from the Rewards Center to TWC customer service and sent back to Rewards Center. I was told that TWC rejected my claim (by the Rewards Center), but they received no reason why it was rejected-and nobody had every contacted me either. TWC Customer Service was no help and could not provide me with any information on why I was rejected and referred me back to Reward Center.

What a hassle (my time wasted and getting irritated) for a $100 Visa rewards card that I should have received! Why did TWC send me the email in the first place saying to sign up for my gift card? TWC should pick-up my bill for a month for putting me through this hassle!
