Dishonest fraudulent ripoff unresponsive

Incentive Rewards Center advertised on e-bay about receiving a free Nintendo DS system for completing four offers from their sponsers.

I completed four offers but Incentive Rewards is showing only three completed. I went back and completed a fifth offer and still it shows only three completed. I contacted the companies I completed the offers with and they said it is Incentive Rewards responsibility.

I contacted Incentive Rewards several times before I received an response.incentive Rewards requested I sent them proof of fulfilling the requirements that are showing unfullfilled. They said the would correct the situation.

I sent the required proof, but still have not had my file updated so I can claim my reward.incentive Rewards has not responded to my e-mails after sending the information to them.

This company is committing fraud and should be held responsible.
