Back in july i added the phone service i was told that i would get a 100 visa card which i havent receive it yet i call time warner customer service they said i paid on time i should receive it to call tw reward center i did 1-4 i was told that that address was not on database but that is the number i was given by the time warner rep. I expeting my refund i have both services active already thank you.
