I switched to TWC at the end of July and was assured if I uploaded my former cable company as well as maintain my current level of service for 90 days from my date of installation then I would receive a $150 Target gift card. This was done, and I received confirmation emails. Unfortunately, I have not received the gift card and have received a runaround from both TWC as well as the company that handles the gift cards.
I've contacted the Rewards Center and spoke to 3 of their staff. All referred me back to TWC. On 10/31 I spoke to Tremain at TWC, who assured me I had filed all the proper paperwork. This was after speaking to 2 other TWC staff members.in total, that was 6 analysts in less than 1 hour. I am stuck in a continuous loop being bounced between TWC and the company handling the cards. There is no resolution in site.
I've met my part of agreement and feel this is a total scam. Although I've received stellar cable/internet/phone service from TWC, I do not want to do business with a company that doesn't fulfill it's promises.
