I think its absolutely absurd you charged that much for the change of flight change. With my son in the military, there are sometimes changes in dates & times. I will absolutely never use this service again & believe me; I have tons of Army Mom & Dad friends I will definitely tell them my story and quite a few have already heard it. I was going to book a flight for December but now I can guarantee this will not happen. You have no respect for military families & I am thoroughly disgusted with your actions to charge me $200.00 to change my flight to the following day when my initial flight was only $221.60. (Actually my son had to pay it because I didnt have the $) I have raised an amazing son on my own & he also knows about this & will let his buddies know for when they have to travel.
