Never ever book through ORBITZ! The company is a huge Scam! My parents purchased a round-trip to Manzanillo Mexico including flight and hotel for a week. Once at the airport the airline informed them the airline tickets were phony and the departure time on the tickets was a time the airline does not fly! My parents were stuck at the airport overnight with NO answers. Once ORBITZ was called they said an email was generated with a different departure time. When I asked them to fwd me the email "they so claimed they sent " their excuse was that the system automatically sents the email and there is no way to prove the email was actually sent. We have been on the phone with them for hours with no clear resolution and they definitely are not taking responsibility for any faults. This is a TRUE NIGHTMARE! My parents should be in a beach in Mexico instead they are at home hoping for ORBITZ to do something about their mistake.
