Booked 2 nights at the Palmer House Hilton in Chicago on the internet. Non - refundable. Understood. Had a change of plans and asked to move our reservations back three days. Remember, I'm not canceling or asking for a refund. Advance reservations tells me there is a $50 fee to to this. Really? $50? Plus the room is $10 per night more. Ok, if you must. Then I'm told it's a process of canceling ($50) and then rebooking, again, non-refundable. But the credit won't appear on my credit card for two to six weeks, but the new charge sure will. Very disappointed in Hilton.
