Fake mileage plan

I have never been able to book "partner airline" mileage award travel. They always have said "the partner airline has no availability and we don't know if they ever will." they lie about having partner airlines - i don't even think they exist! This airline's rep's barely speak english and have serious trouble comprehending anything over the phone. Avoid this shoddy irline at all costs!
