I called Orbitz on May 4th to make a reservation for a hotel. I elected to stay at the Extended Stay hotel in Cincinnati at the Tri County location. I arrived at the hotel at around 7 I believe and was checked in and went to the room and there were dead roaches as well as cigarette butts on the floor. I immediatley went to the front desk and asked for another room due to the conditions of this room. The lady at the desk was very nice and agreed to give me another room. I went to the next room and looked around and everything looked ok at the time. I went to the refrigerator to get ice and there were no ice trays so I called the front desk and she agreed to go to another room and take ice trays from that room as they have no ice machine in this hotel. I went back to my room after about 30 minutes (I had to wait for her to check in 2 guests before she could assist me) and sat down and made me something to drink. I had to use the restroom and at that time I pulled up the toilet seat and the toilet was filled with what looked like menstrual blood. I was horrified. I callled the front desk ONCE again and she agreed to come and clean the toilet for me. So at this time its getting late and I am exhausted and ready to call it a day and catch up on some much needed rest. I got into the bed and within minutes I felt as though I was being bitten. I JUMPED out of the bed and gathered my things and got out of there as quickly as I could. I went down to the front desk and the lady had 3 people in the waiting room to be checked in. So to avoid a scene I simply laid my door pass down and told her goodnight I will not be back and I left.

I called Orbitz to report the incident and NOTHING was done. I was at the hotel for maybe 1 hour tops and most ofthat time wasme running back and forth with the front desk clerk. I have called MULTIPLE times asking for a supervisor at Orbitz and was told "a manager willl call you back" Eventually a manager called me back and told me he would credit my account back the $54.32 and I waited and waited and waited and still nothing! I have called numerous times and keep getting reps in other countries that makes it very hard to communicate with.

I NEED HELP!!! I was ripped off by Orbitz who REFUSES to stand by their advertisements. I cannot get a manager to call me back and this is ridiculous. I was inconvenienced and was treated very poorly by this company. I was even told by one supervisor that if I didnt calm down (and this is after weeks of calling them) she was going to hang up on me. Very unprofessional and very disturbing to say to a customer who is obviously upset that they were ripped off and NOONE is willing to do anything about it. I even asked for a "higher up" manager and was refused. Here it is August and still nothing. I plan to call my bank and dispute this charge if nothing is done by the end of the month and I am also going to file a BBB report... I am trying to give this company the benefit of the doubt and the option of making things right but this is ridiculous!
