Orbitz booked a hotel room at The Pelham Hotel in New Orleans for "up to 4 people" at "their" low price of $191.87. I asked this several times to make sure that 4 people would be allowed to be in this room & was told each time "yes, that's right", well, when we arrived we had to pay an additional $31.00 for xtra people in the room, $28.00 for parking, which according to Orbitz there is nothing on the Hotel's info page about a parking fee. The room had no working ac, it was dirty, there were holes in the wall, it looked "NOTHING" like it's pictures show on Orbitz. When I called Orbitz, they told me there was nothing about a parking fee in their info page that they have, the reservation was booked for 1 person 1 xtra, which I don't understand when I made clear to the guy taking the booking, that there was going to be 4 people sharing the room and I thought I made that clear. Anyway, Orbitz offered me a $30.00 voucher that was good for up to a year. That was unacceptable & I want justice!!! But I cannot get thru to "customerrelations@ orbitz.com ", what is the problem here? It was way to get me off the phone, I feel.
