We had issues with our reservation through Expedia with The Hyatt Regency hotel. We talked to a supervisor and they said they would cancel our reservation but we would not be refunded. Why would we cancel if we are not going to get a refund?! They said they talked with the hotel and the hotel refused to cancel our reservation. When I called and talked with the Hyatt, they said that the agent at Expedia did not explain what had happened. I don't know who was telling the truth at this point, but it was very upsetting and we spent half our day of vacation trying to resolve such a simple situation.
