2 complaints: 1) No response after talking to customer representative. 2) False leading advertisement.
I booked a hotel and air deal to vegas. During the booking they advertised "expedia extra" for 2 free complementary show tickets. Which sealed the deal for me. As i've seen similar offers from other travel site but on their fine print one had to through to the hotel site to get the tickets which i didn't like. Not seeing similar wording on the "expedia extra" i thought the tickets were directly provided by expedia. After receiving my itinerary I didn't see any information on the tickets. I ended up calling them 3 separate days talking to 5 different people. Finally 1.5 days before my trip i still have not received the information. After being transferred to their manager which provided no additional value, I was finally able to obtain the tickets myself. I had to go to hotel promotion sight to book it separately.
I will never book a deal through them again.
