I booked a trip with Expedia. Subsequently I rang Expedia and cancelled the trip.
Expedia's call centre advised it was not necessary for me to physically send the tickets back and I would receive a refund.
Subsequently Expedia sent me an email advising my ticket was not cancelled.
I emailed Expedia trying to get a refund. I sent the tickets back to them by post.
Three months later I do not have a refund and I keep getting standard template answers form their customer service department.
I am a totally unsatisfied customer.
I would not recommend anyone to use Expedia. They are a rip off.
