This hotel cost me a total of 132 dollars. I was forced to stay here because all other hotels were full. There is no pool, the room was small, the bed was hard, there was a smell, and when i asked Mr. Kanji about the ridiculous price of the room (i should be getting a deluxe suite in the marriott or an embassy suite with a full pool) he blamed hotels.com for all their fees.
He said it was a 65dollar room but because of all THEIR fees, it was 132 dollars. (a 100 percent mark-up?) lie number one. And that he was only getting 65 dollars from them. Lie number two. Hotels.com informed me that 119 dollars was the price HE designated and that all their fees brought it to 132 after the set price.
The room he gave me was too close to the door and when i requested a new one he told me they were all full and couldn't move me. Lie number 3. The room itself was small, cramped, has a smell, and a very hard bed. I decided to check out I couldn't work in that room and when i said i was leaving, i was offered a new room! (5minutes after i was told there weren't any) when for 132 dollars I should have the most deluxe accomodations complete with kitchenette and sitting room.
Deluxe Inn is a 60 dollar a night hotel at best. There is no pool, no restaraunt, small rooms and run down exterior. The price of the hotel is astronomical and down right criminal. The only reason any reasonably minded person would stay there would be as an absolute last resort if all other hotels were full. I think there should be a class action lawsuit against them for stealing from hotels.com and their customers. I would love to help in any way.
