My daughhter and I flew allegiant Airlines from Bellingham to Palm Springs. We booked our flight and hotel online and also paid, yes paid - for our carry on suitcase.in Bellingham they told us that are suitcases were just fine, the right carry-on size. Leaving Palm Springs was a totally different story. For one thing the agent was more than rude, very loud and bossing people around!!! He ended up being the agent we had when we got to the front of the line. At that time he told us that our crry-ons were to big and that we would both have to pay an additional $36.00!!! We had already paid $36.00 each for our carry-on for round trip. So... $72.00 each is what we ended up paying for a small carry on suitcase. I feel that we were over charged and that we are owed a refund. Why would we have to pay the round trip price again when we were just going home. Also, our bags were the same size as when we left Bellingham as we did not do any shopping.
