I worked for this resort from oct to march. I first was employed on like a housekeeper after which was marketed to top desk worker. The very first month or two went good without any grievances after which they began to display their correct colors. I went from operating the 3 to 11 shift that I'd initially been guaranteed towards the 11 to 7 change. I told them that I really could not function the night time change since I'd two young children athome also it could be very difficult for me personally however it experienced one-ear and out another. I really couldnot stop since I had been the only real income source in my own home at that time and so I needed to simply pull it-up. And that I said yes ill be there. After I got to function that evening I had been passed 4 write-UPS. 2 were for that time-off I'd to consider and 2 were for not turning up friday evening. I told her I had been not signing some of them-and that what she was performing was illegitimate and he or she proceeded to inform me easily did not signal them I'dnot possess a work anymore and so I told her nicely good I actually donot possess a work then and that I became popular my name-tag and my standard top, passed them to her, and went out. She attempted to contact me 4 occasions within the 25 units it got me to obtain property and that I did not answer since I had been also annoyed.
