Durring the weekend of nov 21st-23rd, I had been at the office. Everything went great. No issues, nothing. But on Monday, I obtain a phone from the friend of mine who operates there, She'd explained that I had been writtren up for friday, and sunday evening. Which a supervisor who wasnt actually there the whole weekend published me-up for friday evening. Mon, I will comprehend if she did, im unsure if she worked then. She (my buddy) likewise explained that there is a, which I had been stopped for that weekend of novemeber 28th-30th. I inquired if she was certain, she said yes, and there could be no reason behind her to lay in my experience. And there have been others there who I understand noticed the slide. Noticed the times to. I was never offered a slide. I ought to of been provided one sunday after I visited function that evening. But i received no-slip or no term that I'd been created up or stopped.
On friday, the 28th, I had been with my buddy chilling out. I obtain a text on my telephone, in the same buddy whom I spoke to eailer that week. She believed to contact her. Today, my phone is just a verizon pre pay telephone, when you have under a certin amount in your phone you cannot receive or make calls. Therefore, i applied my siblings telephone to contact her. She explained that Jen, the RGm stated I'd to exhibit up-to function or I had been dismissed. I had been confused and requested her that which was happening. She explained that Jen had aledgelly named my telephone and quit me a voice-mail stating that I'd to "are available in or I had been dismissed". Today, thats difficult, since I don't have enought moments on my phone to receive calls, when I stated eailer, if you contact my phone a note might let you know that I don't have sufficient moments on my telephone. Which will be the end of it. Therefore, consequently she might have never quit me a voice-mail as she'd stated.
I named function, it had been about 2:30, my change began at 5, and Jess, the main one supervisor, answeared. I expected her why I had been in the future in nowadays since I'd noticed that I had been stopped. She first stated that I had been never on suspention. Therefore, i questioned why did i notice that from various people. She stated nicely, it wasnt till Dec. 30th (i just function the breaks) December 30th drops on the wednesday, and so I genuinely believe that she appreciated the times were in the 28th towards the 30th, but stated dec in the place of nov. Then she said it had been for weekend of december. 12th-14th. I informed her i wasnt arriving, since i wasnt even yet in city, which there is no cause to contact me into work 2 5 hours before I'd to function, since I had been stopped. She simply kept telling me that whoever advised me that lied in my experience. I informed her that more the other individual noticed the slide, but she simply said whatever farewell.
Therefore, later that night, exactly the same buddy of mine got ahold of me (thru my siblings telephone), and informed me that no body desired to protect my change, so thats why these were attempting to contact me for the reason that night, and of course change my suspension to some later date. Hmm. Kinda funny. She also informed me that Jess would fire me. I stated for what? They stated that it had been since I had been fighting using the supervisor Jess.
I named in Sunday, wondering easily must actually bother arriving that evening. Jen, The RGM, stated that I had been eliminated, since i dint are available in on friday. She also explained that my suspetion wasnt untill the weekend following a 28th-30th. Well, then that will of dropped about the times of December 5th-7th. But Jess stated that it had been in the 12th-14th.
One more thing is, if my suspetion was in a later day because they have stated, then why could she contact me to inform me that I'd to "are available in or I had been dismissed"?? There actually was no reason behind that whats so ever. I still might of proven as much as function that weekend had i noticed otherwise. Therefore, how might four or five individuals who noticed this slide be incorrect concerning the times? Seemed bad in my experience.
And one more thing, Jen works together with the day change. A lot of them are her friends. Actually one of these didnt show up for 3 times to function, he never actually named in. Only a no-show. I dont understand who, but somebody had him dismissed for this, however, Jen changed it to him just being stopped.
