Nicely to begin Ive been using the organization for around 24 months, after I was employed I had been employed as full time and so I perform Mon thru Sunday Various hours like a lot of you there have been times after I was there-from Available To shut. Anyway this past year December "07" I then found out I had been pregnant and rapidly informed my DM and business supervisor I advised my DM that I'd be operating untill your day before my shipping since I have was planned to get a c section and he or she stated that which was good, I also advised her that because I'm just one guardian of 2 at that time that I'd perform Friday - Friday but couldnt work breaks due to no weekend caregiver she explained that it'd be fine so long as I really could Function Mon - Fri. Well lets just state that she did consider that to center. Although pregnant she'd me starting and final daily and and flying between shops in various towns actually I'd no Transport and so I was driving the coach. There have been evenings after I didn t get house untill nearly 9 during the night. I informed her about this but she didnt treatment so long as she'd anyone to protect rthe shops. Today Like i mentioned I'd not a problem operating Mon - Friday but i thought like she completely took benefit of me. Later in July I named to obtain my routine and he or she explained that I had been removed the routine obviously i questioned why and he or she explained that she'd set me on Maternity leave. WHATT???!!! WHY??? I requested and she merely stated that since I'm pregnant she doesn't experience I ought to function (May u say Elegance). I couldnt think that she got it upon himself to simply set me on maternity leave without my permission. I named my Business supervisor and informed her what occurred and he or she stated she'd keep in touch with the DM and find out that which was goin on I later received a phone from my Business supervisor and he or she explained that my DM informed her the same That I had been off the routine since she experienced as though i shouldnt function since I had been pregnant which it had been likely to be an outstanding leave since I had been part-time. SINCE WHEN!!! Anyhow due to her I'd to stop my condo and transfer in with my mom untill I'd some kind of revenue comming In. You realize i attempted to beg with this particular woman about actually placing me on for atleast 1 0r 2 times and he or she simply stated "Im sorry". After I'd my Boy I named to return to function plus they offered me a tough about this after I Lastly did return I worked my 1st evening after which camein about the second-day and was welcomed with a RUDE worker who screamed at me about were I'd been as though I had been overdue. I informed her that I had been schduled for 1 and he or she screamed no I had been suppose to open I named my Fresh Business Director because the aged one had wandered on them while I had been with this "Outstanding Leave" and informed her that which was goin on she'd the nerve to inform me that she'd to "re vamp " the routine and had me planned that evening from available to shut. Humorous i mentioned I had been never informed of the and he or she claims "Oh I thought I told you" then she proceeded on by stating properly we dont have r quantity may u create it along so we are able to contain it. Once more Humorous since it was exactly the same woman who named me to provide me my routine within the first place. Anywho I named the DM and informed her by what have been happening and he or she had the Audicity to shout at me within the telephone and state I had been suppose to available for me personally to clock-out and move house then condemned the telephone in my own hearing REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL and PREMATURE! Obviously the following 3 times I had been suppose to function I all a was "Off". No Im not dismissed simply "Off". And so I go upon myself to contact corporate and let them know about everything-including this entire maternity leave t/0 my permission. They state that they'll be examining it and certainly will look after it. Well its fourteen days later and you know what they supposdley required care of it-they inform me since they are able to provide me hours on which actually is remaining following the business supervisor and also the additional workers are planned NEVER heard about it-my whole-time employed by CPI formely PCA. Consequently Today Im planned one day per week 4 hours are you kidding me!!! Then your oneday they do plan me for is just a weekend wich was decided myself and also the DM that I can't function due to my Scenario Howw Slickkk!!! Therefore Fundamentally I've no hours! I'm still using the organization just since I WOn't stop and that I realize that they'll not fire me simply because they don't wish to shell out unemployment obviously I'm LOOKING AFTER IT! Officially! This Comapny is Saturated In SHIT! Xcuse my vocabulary and doesn't worry about Their Workers all-they worry about is their average and makin surethe business remains available! I'd never offer my permission for anybody to function below I really hope that they're Observed for the things they actually are and TURN OFF! Im hoping onto it.
