Poor customer service and lacks courtesy to return phone calls

Buyer Beware—NO control between stores, factory, and installation teams! Was informed that Friday am was THE ONLY REAL period that week readily available for installment appt, and was informed they couldn't contact and I would like to understand once they were arriving; I had a need to put aside 1/2 evening. I inquired if morning or Friday were accessible alternatively as that will have match my routine better, but was informed which wasnot a choice. Friday morning arrived and went, without any carport team with no observe that these were working late. I named them to monitor it along and was informed it'd now be morning. (Hmm? The full time position I required before but was not accessible?) I told them we'd have to reschedule for that a few weeks since I really couldnot miss anymore work. Then your deploy man calls to inform me to hold back on him or remove again on Friday. (atleast that is what I believe he explained, English wasn't his 1st vocabulary, and oh incidentally, exactly the same Friday appt that I had been informed wasn't accessible?) By the following Friday, no body from customer support had answered to try and reschedule the installation. I named the retail store to solve the problem. Got several for Statement who's said to be some kind of supervisor. He didn't appear to care whether I acquired a carport or not, and served enjoy it was my problem that I had beenn't prepared to delay all day long absent function if they turned up or not. I expected to get a discount to pay me for that function I'd overlooked. Their reaction was, estimate, "They Are not large on providing savings." I finally quit and required a reimbursement in the retail store. I really felt sorry for that woman at Blake's Portable Structures, since she'd previously paid the fee to her worker, and that Iam sure Eagle won't provide her a reimbursement, therefore she got scammed, also

I am aware that things occur and that I wasn't attempting to be uncommon, but their customer support as well as the courtesy to come back telephone calls was seriously lacking.
