This is the most ridiculous company, I have ever had service with. It is like the people has no rights. They are being treated like dogs. I have never been on a Greyhound bus before, I decided to take the bus with my son for experience, It is appalling what people go through with this company. There is lack of organization and the employees are very rude. I ordered for a ticket from Bakersfield to Los angels online. The bus was supposed to leave for 11.25am. 11/27 which the ticket was brought in advance. One bus after the other came in the Bakersfield station all full. Which to me makes no sense. I can not believe I am at the station with three buses rolling in full. I am still sitting at the station from 10. Am till 4pm waiting for a bus. The company knows it will be a busy day, why did they not foresee to have extra buses on hand. This is my first and last time to patronize this unorganized business
