I was traveling from Boston to Albany on a Sunday 11/04. The bus was supposed to leave at 540, and we did not leave until 745.. We were not updated really about any delays as we stood online for 2 hours. Our bus driver name was Brown and he was extremely rude to several paying travelers. When we approached Worcester, He got lost and blamed the girl who was getting off for not helping him find the station. Then leaving the station we got lost again; I along with other customers helped him get back to I90. HE WAS RUDE! I would recommend getting a GPS for your drivers because he was looking at a map with a flashlight while driving. WOW once again his name is BROWN... Thank you
