Put me in two different hotel on the same night. I had no idea they did this until i went to the second hotel the next night. They had to charge me because i didn't cancel the night before. When i called travelocity customer service they kept putting me on hold. 2 plus hours later i finally spoke with a supervisor. Never did get my money back from the second hotel.
