If you charged or debited fees for this "paradise" vacation I suggest you call your bank or credit card company immediately. This is a scam! Search usacomplaints.com to see how many people have been taken by this company.
Spouse let them debit his account on a Friday evening even though all the red flags were up. I had him call back immediately to cancel. The salesperson kept him on the phone 30 minutes trying to sell him another product then arguing that he couldn't cancel the package, they had already put through the charges. While he was on the phone I was reading usacomplaints. Coms, getting sicker by the moment, thinking we would never see our money again. I threatened to be on the phone with their VP if they didn't cancel. Finally after over 30 minutes we received a cancellation notice.
Went to the bank first thing Monday morning and the charge had already went through. Thankfully the bank offered to reverse the charge and go after them for the money.
If you have to report your card as stolen! Whatever it takes to stop them from debiting or charging your card.
They are deceptive, Ramada is no part of this company, they use the name so you think it is a reputable company. All they want is to sell sell sell you a package, don't be sucked in.
Go with your gut feeling, if it is to good to be true, it probably is.
