We were completely mislead by Smart Travel & Incentives, Inc. And the vacation club they are affiliated with. We followed every instruction by both entitities, except mailing the voucher by certified mail. This is clearly a Scam. Don't ever waste your time dealing with this company. They are misleading you from the very beginning, making all kinds of false promises. Save yourself a huge amount of time and do not ever deal with this company!
