I've had my timeshare up for sale before and was contacted by First Capital financial that they had a buyer for my time share, put upfront money with them and received paper work back that all the searchs came back clean, now they want me to deposit an escrow for the documentry stamp tax for florida, where the time share is, Im not sure still if this company is going to get me the money for my timeshare, or are they just trying to get more money out of me run.
