We attended a Smart Travel and Incentives presentation in April. On April 28, we sent via certified mail a $100.00 required fee for two U.S. Roundtrip airfares. To this day, January 9, we have not received the tickets and Smart Travel Incentives ands all affiliates have igored our attemots at contacting them. Since Smart Travel and Incentives requirews the money to be sent via U.S. Mail, I believe that places this fraud at a federal violation. We will be contacting the U.S. Attorney General's Office for Fraud Investigations this Friday.
