I reserved the room on your website on 11/18/11― 11/19 at5:30pm. I] chose sleep inn hotel. On the way it was a bad accident. I am unable to check in because the high way were close no way to get to the hotel. It was one way road. I had need on the road for 2 hours. The polices inform me. I had to wait until the accident clear out of the road. I called priceline customer services immediately that I could not check in because the road was closed on 90 high way, no short cut, no other way. Your representative told me I could canceled on 4 days before I check In. How dime it that. Im not even book the room yet. He told me. It's not priceline fault because the sleep in hotel is the one won't let he cancel! I rushed call sleep in receptionist she inform me that she awared had accident she would cancel but her manager not here. The manager will be back on Monday. She called priceline to confirmed I call in about my situation that the road is dead no one can pass. I called priceline customer service again to confirm the name of receptionist I spoke with to confirm that she unable to give the money because she not the manager and she knew about the accident. Priceline Rep told me that she just want me to confirmed the name of the receptionist before she can refund the money back by call the hotel. After she put me on hold for a while. Your Rep told me I have to cancel before 4 o'clock. That it bull shit! How can I cancle before 4 pm if I didn't reserve the room yet? Dime answer ever. I know u prabably don't care for one customer but I will tell all of my company that have to travel all the times. Never use your Guy again. I never gonna use your Guy again. Finally please remove my email from your system. Don't even send any email again.
