Obtained verification of two areas reserved for four evenings in the Nights Resort in Egg Harbor Township, NJ through Hotels.com.
Upon arrival informed by resort enrollment employees that no such reservation have been obtained by them-and that no areas were available. No aid from their store in finding nearby hotels. Named Hotels.com and after 38 units on-hold their recurring efforts to move me to correct division to help to find alternate hotels failed. Lastly informed by consultant to call-back tomorrow!
