I bought an airfare ticket through Flight Centre Corrimal in 2010. I then had the date changed to leave in May. Due to unforseen circumstances I needed to change my ticket again and I went into the store in May to discuss a change of destination and leaving date. I was meeting with the store manager on this occasion and my mother was present with me. I left the store before the store closed that day with the Manager on the phone to Malaysia Airlines, having trouble to get through to them to give me more information on my destination change, and telling me that he would call me back.

He did not call me back. I knew I wanted to leave around the time that the ticket was to expire which was in September. I called again around June, and I visited the store and I was told by the customer service representatives that they could not find my file on their computer and it was very strange, but they would get someone to get back to me regarding my ticket.
