YES, roomstays.com is a TOTAL FRAUD charging at least a one nite fee because they manage to sneak in a small addendum deadline which is the day before you actually is making the reservation regardless if it is for one or three days in advance!!! They will blame the hotel for quoting you a lower rate either on the hotel website or verbally that you decided to make with instead of thru' roomstays.com website so as not to refund you for the one nite charge!!!
I managed to threaten them with a class-action lawsuit for fraud thru my credit card company in a three-way conference call to them so they relented and credit me. Send an email to [email protected] to shut them down with a class-action lawsuit whether you were able to or not to get a credit for the one nite and $5 charge rom them!!! Thanks!!!
