I mistakenly booked a reservation for a hotel on London, Ontario instead of London, KY. I was charged twice for the same two nights, once by roomstays and the other by the London KY Country Inn and suites. Roomstays would not help me at all. All they kept telling me was that I didn't cancel enough in advance and was a no show, of course I didn't realize the mistake until I got to the correct hotel. It seems no one cares about customer service once they get their money.
