While the finds can be exceptional, the experience from that point on is terrible. Attempted to contact customer service, both by phone and email, regarding a recent purchase, but was informed that there were 22 calls ahead of me! I opted to leave a message after a recording stated that my call would be returned that same day (it wasn't). Two days have now gone by without a return call nor have I been able to contact customer service. No receipt or confirmation was emailed to me and my Gilt account doesn't reflect that I made a purchase. I contacted Mastercard and they stated that a charge had been made for the designated purchase. Very disappointed with this online retailer and will never return to that site to make another purchase.
