Several outraged Gilt Groupe consumers are confident in their judgments that GILT GROUPE is consciously violating provisions of the laws enforced by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.
In particular, it is the belief that the unlawful violations are surrounding the broadcasting of false advertisements and unfair, deceptive acts and practices. It is believed to be in direct relation to
GILT GROUPE failing to adhere not only to the FTC laws, but also to sound and ethical e-commerce/business practices.
The politics behind the notion that GILT GROUPE may be deceiving its consumers through blatant, false advertising and unfair, deceptive acts and/or practices are supported by irrefutable evidence. According to one consumer, there are a multitude of tangible articles of proof including purchased materials with invoices, photographs, and personal statements from both GILT GROUPE as well as retail directors who currently have working relationships with GILT GROUPE.
