I recently placed my first order from gilt.com and have had a horrible experience related to their shipping timeframe. They say they're having major problems with their warehouse as well as technical difficulties. I'm saying maybe they would have been better off making sure they had an infrastructure in place that was capable of supporting their business and its shipping needs before expanding on it. I'd cancel the orders I have outstanding at this point but of course they're telling me this can't be done as they are in process. That's great for me. This will surely be my first and last experience with gilt.com.
