Booked two hotels through Expedia.com. For one hotel, called the rep and told me if I booked two adjacent rooms I should have a private bathroom in between. Not true. Called Expedia, and they kept dropping my call or asking me to waiting for hours. And even complain that I did not call them. For the second hotel, the rep told me "Standard One King" means one Suite with two separate rooms and one king-bed. Turned out to be just one room with one king-bed. Again called and tried for many times and more than three hours but the reps still refused to refund me and abruptly hang over on me.
