I reserved a room for my sister to visit Seattle for a few days, she then called two days prior to her arrival to advised me that her mother n law is dying and will not be able to make it. I then called travelocity and spoke to Gordon who was very soft and well spoken from the beginning. I told Gordon my situation and immediately he understood even though it was a top secret hotel reservation and I was not supposed to get a refund he went above and beyond for me and called the hotel to find out if I can get my full refund, one minute later he returned to me and said that my credit card will be refunded within 24-48hrs! It's rare to get an awesome customer service nowadays who truelly understand so way to go Gordon!!! Thank you sooo much Gordon and thank you Travelocity!
