Im reporting Aunt Bugs Cabins in Pigeon Forge TN, we had stayed there last August I know this is a little late but I just heard of your website. When we arrived at check in they have Military discounts but refused to give us ours because we did not call in reservations! Thats horrible! When we got to the cabin it was filthy! We actually had to clean the cabin to stay there! The back deck was infested with hornets we couldnt even use the hot tub because their was hornets nest in the lid! The bed clothing smelled like urine and the downstairs bed had a huge stain on it! The grill was not clean we had to clean it before we use it, the ash can for the grill was overflowing we also had to clean that! The pool table sticks were old and had no rubber on them so you couldnt use those either! The toilet downstairs overflowed if you used toilet paper so 5 ppl had to use the upstairs bathroom! Dust everywhere on everything like it had never been cleaned! And at night when you tried to sleep in their beds all you did was itch! I came home with little red bumps all over my legs from waking up every moring! I tried to contact them several times through e-mail for a refund and even wrote a hand written letter and nothing! No response to anything! This is not a way a company should be ran!
