Never use this company! I booked a move out clean through this company which cost me over $200 which I thought wasn't too bad compared to other companies. They took my visa number as soon as I booked. Immediately after paying they informed me that there are no refunds. They came to clean an hour and a half late. I check the cleaning after and the fridge, stove, sink, toilet and bathtub were not clean! Only the floors were partially vacuumed. I called Cleanify back and they told me that their policy is to have someone return within 5 days to re-clean which I never saw on the website or was told. I had to return the rental keys to the unit the next day though! I had to contact the cleaning person myself that day and they returned and did not clean well again! I was going to let this go but the toilet was clearly unclean so I called the cleaner back and they told me to just clean the toilet myself! I had nothing in the unit to clean with and paid already! What a joke. I was told that I am not able to get a refund or partial-refund which I thought would be appropriate by now. They them told me they could give me a credit with them. As if I am going to waste my time again. What a horrible company and experience. I am a pretty easy going person but this was just ridiculous. Don't waste your time with them. You could clean much better yourself!
