I receive a letter (well actually my spousse) but they told me its the same if we are living in the same house. Anyways, i got this letter telling me about this great vacation in Florida and the staying in one of the best Hotels of the Ramada Plaza Resorts about a two years ago, and they told me the same story and the same package i just read on some of the cases that people reported of having the same problem, they offer me that " great package " of $698 per person so i gave my CC # and pay half the amount of a couple traveling that in total will be $1396 dlls.
After i maid my pyment by phone copule of days after they send me a booklet with vochers a: reconfimation passanger ticket for it to send the rest of the money wen i'm about to travel, a car rental coupon form that i needed to send so that i can have my rental car ready wen the time of arrival al Ft. Lauderdale, then a Orlando - reservation form that i needed to send to booked my room, and the three 'BOUNUS' vacation that i was suppose to reseive after the Ft. Lauderdale vacation to Puerto Vallarta, Las Vegas getawey and Williamsburg Virginia.
They told me to send all this coupons 60 after the travel date in order to have everything booked, so i wasn't ready to travel at that time but i purchase the package because they told me that i just needed to pay one at least because it was a one time deal and not all people have this aportunity that it was a random pick, an the other half wen i wanted too but for me not to pass the expiration date, so what i did i didn't pay on time so i extend the expiration date but i needed to pay an extra $54 dlls.
Or fifty some dlls. So i did and they extended for another 18 months but after that i totaly forgot about the package because of family problems and changes economically, so wen i found out that the time was passes allready i thought i coldn't do anything about it so i let it passed, then after months later i reseive another letter of the company THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF RPR/OFV the same company but with different name, notice the letters RPR/OFV it's the same as RamadaPlazaResorts/OrlandoFt. LauderdaleVacations.
They offer me the same package but with less BOUNUSES tirps vacations, they were trying to convince me to buy the package, telling me that it will be the greates vacation i'll be doing and stuff like that, at that time that i was talking to person nemed Kimberly i had in mind the other package, and i told her the situatiion that i had on the other package she questioned me what was it and how it happen, i told her if she could help me and if she could give me some answer on that other package, she was very nice with me and polyte that she told she was gonig to do the best she could to hlep me, she ask for my phone number and told me to have my old documents of the past package on my hand by wen she'll call me.
So till now i'm still waiting for that call and see if there is a realy true vacation as they described. What i want from them is my money and if not the credit that i paid for the new package if there's a vacation they said.
Because i'm prety sure it would be a great vacation, and i'm sure theres alot of people having this same problems, so if you read about this rip-off companies like this one or if you know someone that has this problem talk to them on making a complain report, sooner or latter it will be granted, and either have your money back or you vacations you always wanted, with the help of everybody we can do more.
