They don't tell you up front that the reservations are not refundable. I mean it is fully non-refundable! You will see it after you get the confirmation email, when it is too late to cancel. They will cancel it for you, but no money back.
After attempting to get a refund, the customer service person said that he could change the reservation to a shorter stay so I would lose less money in the worst case.instead, he BOOKED another NON-refundable reservation for the same night!
The manager and rep were all VERY rude. The only solution I am left with is to let my credit card company to deal with them.
