We kept as of this KOA and were handled like we were the desolate! These would be the many uncouth, rude, mean-spirited people my boy and that I have observed! We got snookered set for a two for just one hiking view in May. They place us with a group banger who'd their kids shouting to 11:30 during the night! Subsequently, the people required around, with large fires growing up from their campground, speaking through the night on cell, with noisy music! Peace and quiet is 10:30 to 7:00 am... no body found throw these folks out!
the man the following tent over kept shouting "shut-up." he was not pleased and that i believed there can be weapons drawn! I work-in a jail and that I understand difficulty after I view it!!! Our boy and that I went in to the vehicle to "rest." We got zero rest and that I thought just like a zombie 24 hours later. They set me, "out-of being good", in a cottage 24 hours later. WE WERE SO FATIGUED, WE SLEPT THE WHOLE FOLLOWING DAY." Our boy desired to observe Flagstaff that week, so we were informed we're able to payday to-day for that cottage. Used to do not need to danger being within our tent again, as my boy was terrified this may occur again! ANOTHER ROOMS WERE CLEAR (THEY'D 3 ADDITIONAL ROOMS) ASIDE FROM 2 TIMES. About the 6th time they put us out by stating "WE'VE A RESERVATION. YOU HAVE TO LEAVE TODAY." I really could not think this!!! Then your director allow his dog jump on me and nearly pressed me over!!! They lied and stated they'd explained the cottage was reserved! They simply wanted my money because the cabin was clear! One said "miscommunication." YES, RIGHT. We stuffed our material and also the one that forces her fat around, pushes up by having an unpleasant search on her experience and claims "if you should be not out quickly, I'll ask you for for another evening. You're 1/2 time overdue!" she said more ugly things that we have on camera!!! Clearly, they forgot who the client was!!! Although we were escaping, they sent some woman having a weed-eater to create a large amount of noise and kick-up dust all over the cottage!!! The weeds have there been all week, today they are doing this??? They are able to move misuse another person!!! We left and visited kingman, that was excellent, but i'll never visit another koa again as after i reported to corporate they held placing me off and lastly published stating "flagstaff has solved this. Happy hiking." corporate may shove it and close their doors for several i care!!! Happy camping to hell... To flagstaff koa as well as their dumber a container of stones uncustomer support at corporate!!!
