I purchased a package with vacation showroom through ACC travel. I was told that I had 30 days for a full refund. For military reasons we had to cancel the package. This was in October. It's now Febuary of 2004 and I have not received any refund.
The phone numbers for customer service don't know what I'm talking about, they put me on hold for 15-30 at a time. One day they tell me that my refund is coming, the next week they don't even know who vacation showroom is.
I am very upset with this company and want to find out who is responsible for this unworthy "company". If anyone knows how to get in contact with anyone with this company, please post an email. And if anyone from this company would like to come forward and take responsibility, go right on ahead!
