I have booked a vacation through Vacation Showroom aka Nation Wide Reservations aka Ramada Plaza Resorts. Last week I received a post from them that I need to visit Orlando Welcome Center at Ramada Plaza 1000. I will be given my hotel voucher there and the itinerary.
I tried to do a search on the internet to check the physical address of this Ramada Plaza 1000 but could not get it.instead, I surprisingly and shockingly found out a lot of usacomplaints.com about this company. I am really worried now and would need more information as there is hardly 3 weeks left for my vacation.
Is this a fraudulent company? Since it is so late in the game, I am willing to accept somewhat inferior quality of hotel rooms. However, what would be totally unacceptable is for me to fly down all the way to Orlando and then find out that there is no location as Ramada Plaza 1000 and there is no hotel room available for my family. That would be a complete disaster!
I request all those who have utilised this company's service to share information with me. As I have read, the service is bad and terrible. But was there any instance where there was no service at all?
