I went on line and booked a room for two nights at scottish inn in Gatlinburg. About two weeks after i booked the room I decided to stay in a cabin, so I called and canceled the room, they told me it was canceled. About a week later I called again, they again told me it was canceled. After I got home from the trip I saw that they had billed my card. I callel them. They where very rude, and refused to refund my money. They said I booked it online, so I had to cancel it online, and they would not refund the money. When i called to cancel the room they said it was canceled, and never said anything about me needing to go online.
