Suggest Expedia do not make this their first recommended service and look in to recommending another company. What is the point of making an online reservation through Expedia to use this service when there is no record of it on the airport system? Customers who had not booked got processed quicker! No one seemed to know what they were doing and after a long flight this is not what you need.
