Having booked a 7 day scuba vacation aboard Ki Banda flag ship live aboard boat, Moon Diver. My party of 10 friends arrived in Cancun Mexico expecting to be met at the airport and transfered to the boat by Ki Banda staff... After long wait no one arrived and no one answered our calls.
We could not locate a Ki Banda office anywhere in Playa Del Carmen nor get a response from any staff of Ki Banda.
Hence we booked into La Tortugas Hotel instead and took a 4 days of wonderful diving with Geo Fish dive shop in Playa Del Carmen. Which helped to ease our terrible experience a little.
Ki Banda should not be allowed to con people by their internet propganda.
Avoid this company.
