My husband and I were vacationing in Keywest on the above date and agreed to attend a promotion luncheon for the viewing of Vacation Packages sponsored by and sold by Blue Water Sales and Marketing Group, LLC., for Tradwinds Vacations. Before presentation we were granteed a 3 day/2 night vacation certificate which included free hotel accommodations for 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12 at the locations provided in the vacation package as promised with no obligations to purchase anything but to give Blue Water Sales and Marketing Group, LLC 30 Minutes to an hour of our time to hear the presentation.
I have called Blue Water Sales & Marketing Group, LLC on several occaisions to inform them that we never received vacation certificate as promised and indicated by paper work signed by Mr. Ryan Jackson and provided to my husband and I on September 4 in Keywest Florida. I was always told they would get it in the mail following my phone contact and faxed requests... To date still no vacation certificate as promised. Sent Mr. Jackson written request for vacation certificate on October 11 and personally spoke with him by phone in November in which he promised to call me back in 30 minutes to again get my mailing address.
I would to receive vacation certificate as given my Mr. Jackson President of Blue Water Sales and Marketing Group, LLC as stated by him and as indicated on signed agreement from him. I would also like to file an offical complaint with the Key West BBB regarding such business practices going on in their City geared towards tourist visiting their beautiful city as I did. We enjoyed our visit to this beautiful City however being constantly lied to by Mr. Jackson informing us that the certificate is on the way does not help the image beautiful Key West and I personally want City Officials to know this. I will continue to contact the city's Mayor and City Representatives along with it's Better Business Buearu to inform them of what going on in the City with tourist who visit like me. IF you are able please forward my complaint to Mayor of Key West and well as the Better Business Buearu and Keywest Chamber of Commerence.
Any Assistance regarding this matter would be greatly appreaciated... I have all documentation given to me by Mr. Jackson representing Blue Water Sales and Marketing Group, LLC as President of the company.
