I was trying to book a 4 Star Hotel located in Miami Beach, FL. Priceline.com booked 3 star hotel in South Miami Beach. I called them the minute I've got the confirmation, but they would not cancel because of their policy. I sent them an email trying to explain that there must of been an error. But priceline.com states that this is what I've selected.
I am going to call my credit card company and will try to dispute the charge. Priceline.com website is designed to be user unfriendly.
I've tried many different choices but never the combination they have accepted. My suggestion to everyone is to stay away from Priceline.com
