Received a call that they had a buyer for my timeshare... They wanted my bank routing number and account number and I had to front 10% of the purchase price. I have never know of a time that you as the SELLER had to put money up for an offer on a property. When I called them back and said it was crazy to give banking information and money without any sort of documentation of an offer to purchase they hung up on me.
