I and my fiancée took a trip to Atlantic City. I recently had a kidney transplant. This was my first outing in four years. We had originally reserved for two days. My fiancée paid the total amount when we entered the hotel. We also had upgraded to an ocean view room. The services was so terrible that the manager added a $25.00 credit to our room. We had to go back to the front desk, from the 25th floor, at least 6 times because the room keys would not work. I was given mildewed blankets, after having a transplant. The manager told us to use the $25.00 towards our breakfast. We ordered breakfast, and the hotel charged the whole amount. We had decided to stay another day. My fiancée paid the front desk, $100.00 in cash and $144.00 on her debit card. We checked out around! 0:00 am Friday morning, The date was 7-26-13. We left with a receipt that had a balance of $0. Today, 7-29-13, My fiancée gets a text saying that Ballys has charged another $ 244.00 and put over $500.00 on hold. They were paid out front for everything that we did there. Now Ballys is treating us like dogs. Ballys will not resolve the issue. Baalys went as far to tell us that we never checked out the room. We have the receipt from Ballys front desk. The valet has delivered our vehicle to us. Between the Nexus Debit card, and Ballys rude and lying tactics we are screwed right now. As for Nexis Debit Card, we will withdraw all our funds from that card and never use that card again. They will not dispute the charges that you ask to be disputed. Nexus does not fight for their customers. The bottom line is that, I am filing complaints with the attorney general at this very moment, concerning Ballys tactics and Nexus Debit Card procedures. The Federal Communications Commission is also being alerted. The transaction that was made the morning of 7-25-13 at Ballys, the agent on the telephone stated that there was none, when, it is located on our checkout receipt.
